  SIMBA answers common questions in five languages, so your navigators can focus on complex cases.

• Better-prepared clients

  Families arrive with a document checklist and an action card for their visit.

• Your contacts come first

  Each partner gets its own QR code. People who scan it see your organization first when they look for a navigator. The code only says which organization shared SIMBA. It never identifies the person.

• Help with translations

  Native speakers at partner organizations review SIMBA's translations so every language sounds natural and correct.

• Anonymous numbers only

  Later versions will show partners anonymous totals, like how many people finished the questions. Never names or personal details.
